Harbor Country Adventures
At Harbor Country Adventures, we understand that plans can change. To ensure fairness and availability for all guests, the following cancellation policy applies to all Waverunner rentals:
- Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance of your scheduled rental time will receive a full refund with no penalty.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will incur a charge equal to 50% of the total reservation cost.
- No-shows will be charged the full reservation amount and are non-refundable.
This policy applies to all reservations, including those booked within 24 hours of the rental time.
Weather Policy
Your safety is our top priority. In the event of unsafe weather conditions (including high winds, lightning, storms, or other hazardous conditions), Harbor Country Adventures reserves the right to cancel or reschedule rentals.
- If we cancel your reservation due to unsafe weather, you will receive a full refund.
- Light rain or overcast conditions do not automatically qualify for cancellation.
- Weather-related cancellations are determined solely at the discretion of Harbor Country Adventures based on safety conditions at the time of the rental.
If you need to cancel or modify your Waverunner reservation, please contact Harbor Country Adventures as soon as possible, and we will do our best to assist you.
