We know how important this day is to you, and it is just as important to us to make sure your day is without flaws. Whether it’s shuttling your guests or transporting the wedding party. Your wedding is a once in a lifetime event and our team of professional drivers will get everyone to the ceremony on time in comfort and style.
All weddings require a 6 hour minimum booking which can be split into 2 blocks. All pricing includes 20% driver gratuity.

Bus Rental FAQ's
Is there a minimum number of hours for the bus rental?
Yes, Our minimum rental is 3 hours except Saturdays which require a 6 hour rental.
At what point does my reservation start and end?
Your reservation starts at your scheduled pickup time. This means, unlike other companies, we do not charge for travel time. Your trip ends once the LAST patron exits the bus.
What is the deposit to rent the bus?
We require a 20% deposit when making a reservation which you can do online whenever you are ready to book.
What happens if our group is having so much fun that we want to go over the amount of time we rented the vehicle for?
As long as the vehicle doesn’t have to get back to the office to be prepped for another run, you can keep it for additional hours which will be billed at your orginal rate.
Is it permissable to bring food and beverages on your vehicles?
Yes, of course, we encourage you to bring on board anything that will make you happy. We will provide plenty of bottled water along with cups and ice.
How many stops can we make?
You can make as many stops as you like during your rental time. If you have an idea for an itinerary we are happy to look it over to make sure you spend less time driving and more time having fun.
Can we customize our route or stops?
Yes! You can plan your own itinerary, including pickup and drop-off points. Just let us know your plan ahead of time.
Is there music or entertainment on board?
Yes! Our buses come with Bluetooth or AUX hookups, sound systems, and fun lighting so you can bring your own party playlist.
Is smoking allowed on the bus?
No. Smoking of any kind is not allowed inside the bus.
Are your drivers licensed and trained?
Absolutely. Our drivers are fully licensed, background-checked, and trained to ensure your safety and a smooth ride.
What if I need to cancel my booking?
Cancellations must be made in advance. Please check with us for the latest cancellation policy and refund eligibility.
IS GRATUITY INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL SERVICE?
Gratuity or tip is not included in the rental price of our busses, as it is considered to be a separate payment left to the discretion of the customer.
If you are happy with the service provided by the party bus driver, it is customary to leave a gratuity of around 10-15% of the total rental cost. However, the amount of gratuity is ultimately up to the customer’s discretion and can be adjusted based on the quality of service received.
Overall, tipping is a way to show appreciation for good service and to help compensate the party bus driver for their time and effort.
