General Ticket Policy

  • All ticket sales are final.
  • Tickets are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in this policy.

Cancellations by Guests

  • Cancellations made at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled departure may be eligible for:
    • reschedule to a future date (based on availability), or
    • credit to be used for a future booking.
  • Cancellations made within 72 hours of departure are non-refundable and non-transferable.

No-Shows

  • Guests who do not arrive for their scheduled departure time will be considered a no-show and will not be eligible for a refund or rescheduling.

Late Arrivals

  • Boats depart promptly at scheduled times.
  • Late arrivals may not be accommodated and will not be eligible for refunds.

Weather & Company Cancellations

  • In the event Harbor Country Adventures cancels a trip due to weather, safety concerns, or other unforeseen circumstances:
    • Guests will be issued a full refund

Private Charters & Events

  • Deposits for private charters are non-refundable.
  • Cancellations for private events must be made at least 7 days in advance to be eligible for rescheduling or credit.
  • In the event Harbor Country Adventures cancels a trip due to weather, safety concerns, or other unforeseen circumstances guests will be issued a full refund
  • Cancellations made within 7 days may result in forfeiture of deposit and/or full payment.

Modifications

  • Changes to bookings (date/time) are subject to availability and must be requested within the applicable cancellation window.
