General Ticket Policy
- All ticket sales are final.
- Tickets are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in this policy.
Cancellations by Guests
- Cancellations made at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled departure may be eligible for:
- A reschedule to a future date (based on availability), or
- A credit to be used for a future booking.
- Cancellations made within 72 hours of departure are non-refundable and non-transferable.
No-Shows
- Guests who do not arrive for their scheduled departure time will be considered a no-show and will not be eligible for a refund or rescheduling.
Late Arrivals
- Boats depart promptly at scheduled times.
- Late arrivals may not be accommodated and will not be eligible for refunds.
Weather & Company Cancellations
- In the event Harbor Country Adventures cancels a trip due to weather, safety concerns, or other unforeseen circumstances:
- Guests will be issued a full refund
Private Charters & Events
- Deposits for private charters are non-refundable.
- Cancellations for private events must be made at least 7 days in advance to be eligible for rescheduling or credit.
- In the event Harbor Country Adventures cancels a trip due to weather, safety concerns, or other unforeseen circumstances guests will be issued a full refund
- Cancellations made within 7 days may result in forfeiture of deposit and/or full payment.
Modifications
- Changes to bookings (date/time) are subject to availability and must be requested within the applicable cancellation window.
