Lake Michigan and Trail Creek are absolutely beautiful, and what better way to enjoy them than by kayak or paddleboard? Come paddle the Lake Michigan shoreline at one of Lake Michigan’s best beaches or explore the peaceful flowing water of Trail Creek.

We offer single and double. Top of the line Perception Kayaks.

The Perception Tribe series of sit-on-top kayaks are defined by their ultra-stable, yet quick and playful performance. The Tribe kayak’s versatile design makes it a top choice for beginner to intermediate paddlers. The entire family will appreciate how easy it is to get on and off this stable sit-on-top. The larger size maintains the maneuverability of its smaller sibling while adding speed, storage, and stability. FAQ'S

HOW DOES IT WORK?

Arrive at our dock side location during open hours and rent whatever equipment you and your group would like. You’ll then paddle for an hour or more and return to the same place you started when finished. It’s a blast!

Do we need reservations?

Reservations for individuals and smaller groups are not necessary or accepted. All equipment is rented on a first come basis. For groups of 6 or more, please call ahead to set up a reservation.

WHEN ARE YOU OPEN?

We are open daily from Memorial Day through Labor Day! Please note that hours are subject to change due to weather and water conditions. Call us to confirm early or late season: 269-231-5867.

HOW OLD DOES A SINGLE PADDLER HAVE TO BE? CAN KIDS PADDLE ALONE?

Kids age 14 and older can paddle a kayak or paddleboard alone if accompanied by a parent or guardian in another kayak or on another paddleboard. Kids under the age of 18 cannot paddle alone without someone over 18 in the group. Kids age 14 and under can ride in a double kayak only if accompanied by an adult.
