ADA & ACCESSIBILITY

At Harbor Country Adventures, every customer is important. We recognize there are many individuals with disabilities who may require accessible facilities in order to fully utilize our service. While there are no current regulations by the United States Coast Guard concerning existing vessels, we are making every effort to make our facilities and vessels fully accessible. Wheelchair accessibility is available at Millennium Plaza and once on the dock wheelchairs can board the boat using an ADA accessible ramp. Wheelchairs will be confined to the lower deck on all vessels. For questions or more information, please call 269-231-567.

Hearing Impaired

For guests that are hard of hearing, a written script of the narration will be available at the ticket office upon request.

Animals

Pets are not allowed, however, Harbor Country Adventures does welcome service animals as long as they meet the current Department of Justice definitions for service animals.NOTE: Beginning March 15, 2011, dogs are only recognized as service animals under titles II and III of the ADA.A service animal is a dog that is individually trained to do work or perform tasks for a person with a disability. Dogs whose sole function is to provide comfort or emotional support do not qualify as service animals under the ADA.
